Been coming to FW Toyota for many years. This visit was slow and many cars backed up. I was there for 1 1/2 hours for an INSPECTION only AND I had an appointment. No frill’s dealership. Dealership shows signs of dated waiting room. No complementary wash or top off of fluids with vehicle service. The Dealership is kept up with enough, but looks run down more by the day. The staff look bored and look like they hope you just walk past them instead of ask for any assistance. The upsell game is a joke, you need a filter.. no wait, TWO filters. Show em to me please.. Wait, you want to actually see them?! The shop charges went from about $6 to more than $12, and is considered a repair order?! It gets harder and harder to bring my Toyotas here. No car wash, no vacuuming, no energy really at all. $120 for oil change and cabin filter. It used to be $60-$65. (w/o filter. $20 filter and $10 to put it in lmao.. really?!) More
