Yesterday I was told to come back with an appointment and the TOTAL charges were $85. I went today like I was told and the charges were $106. Austin was the salesman, he claimed it was tax. The tax was only five dollars difference I mean why tell the customer something and do something else later you’re getting higher and higher on your prices you are the only place I go to for my car service and I don’t think I can afford you from now on and I don’t think anybody there cared when I told them that so there !!!! and I will make sure that my next car is not Toyota either I’m very upset with you. Terrible service. I’ve purchased SIX cars from this specific dealership, and never had such bad service, as this time. Overall service is fine. They need to do a better job of getting service advisors out to customers quicker.
