Yesterday I was told to come back with an appointment and the TOTAL charges were $85. I went today like I was told and the charges were $106. Austin was the salesman, he claimed it was tax. The tax was only the TOTAL charges were $85. I went today like I was told and the charges were $106. Austin was the salesman, he claimed it was tax. The tax was only five dollars difference I mean why tell the customer something and do something else later you’re getting higher and higher on your prices you are the only place I go to for my car service and I don’t think I can afford you from now on and I don’t think anybody there cared when I told them that so there !!!! and I will make sure that my next car is not Toyota either I’m very upset with you. Overall service is fine. They need to do a better job of getting service advisors out to customers quicker.
