I had my catalytic converters stolen over a year ago and replaced by my insurance company but the company used to install the replacement cats used parts that were not stamped or serialized essentially who knows where they came from. I only discovered this when I went to Toyota and ran a diagnostic. Doug helped figure out the problem and provided documentation that I showed to my insurance provider. I now have OEM cats on my truck thanks to Doug's help. He went above and beyond. More

Kept me updated on the repairs that would need done and the cost. Of course, any repair is going to be expensive but their rates are comparable. They were quick & efficient with the repair.
