This dealership is great! My tundra had an issue 10/13/23, it went into what Toyota calls (limp mode) for some reason,and I was on vacation visiting family in Azle,Tx being My tundra had an issue 10/13/23, it went into what Toyota calls (limp mode) for some reason,and I was on vacation visiting family in Azle,Tx being over 800 miles from home. And concerned about my truck, not being familiar with any dealerships I picked this dealership due to the kindness of the lady who help me threw the process of registering my truck, then the Service dept called me as soon as my truck arrived at the dealership. Unfortunately whatever happened wasn’t registering on Toyota computer. The service Rep. advised me of what the techs said it could be but was unsure due to the truck not showing a code. They kept it a couple of hrs to make sure it didn’t act up again, and it didn’t. I was expecting to pay a diagnostic fee, but they didn’t charge me I was very thankful being I was from out of town and on vacation. We made it back to Alabama with no problems. And my truck seem to be fine. If I ever need service while in fort worth again, this is my dealership of choice for my tundra! Thank you More
