This was my first visit to a Toyoto Dealership. My husband and I just stopped by to look at a SUV. We have always bought our cars in Crestview but with no Toyoto dealership, we drove to Ft. We intended to look at other dealerships (GMC, Cadillac and Ford) before buying, but Armando was so pleasant,knowledgeable and professional, we looked no further. We test-drove a Highlander and a 4-Runner and purchased the 4-Runner. All the employees were so warm and friendly, including Richard Martinez, the Sales Manager, and Kim Kurnow, who handled all the financing details. Your entire staff took all the stress out of purchasing a new vehicle and actually made it a pleasant experience, even to the point of opening on Sunday to complete the paperwork. We are just thrilled with our Toyoto 4-Runner-Limited and with Quality Imports. My husband, Buddy is in the golf business and I am a banker and we work with the public, constantly.
