I stopped by and asked if someone could just listen to my vehicle. I was helped immediately at the desk and referred to Darwin, who graciously immediately attended to me by having me start the car. He said he thought it was the water pump, and I needed to get it in there asap. He told me that he comes in at 7:30 so if I was there at 7:30 the next morning he could get me right in and the job would take 2-3 hours. He was exactly right. I followed his directions, and three hours later I was driving out of the repair shop with some new filters, water pump and tires rotated. The service department was very helpful in explaining why I needed the additional items. The waiting area was comfortable, and I enjoyed a bag of popcorn while I got my work done on my computer while I waited. I was impressed with the accuracy and immediacy of the service I received. I will return when my Rav4 needs service. More
