After trying to resolve this issue I was told by Penny and Dan to sue the dealership, because they have attorney's on payroll. They refused to fix the damage done by the tech. I have tried many times to contact the upper management but they avoid calls. Thanks Penny and Dan I will take you up on your offer to sue.

We investigated the matter with service and found that the customer relations manager contacted you regarding this incident. We apologized for any discomfort which you experienced during the service visit. We assure you that our goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience in a professional, yet friendly, environment. The male service advisor has been counseled on the need to be proactive when a customer is seeking assistance and not to guess but to provide accurate information. The female service advisor was extremely upset that she had caused a problem for the customer; she was joking with the customer and did not realize she had overstepped her professional boundary.
