Morgan, we are very sorry for the issues encountered in your purchase. If there's anything we can do to right the situation, please let us know (479) 695-7641. After interviewing Daniel and the manager involved in your purchase, it seems Daniel was not here when you brought the car back to get cleaned due to his mother having cancer surgery. He has been off work the last week dealing with her surgery and post-op care, so I am sorry that no one filled in and got you what was promised in a prompt manner in his absence. We hope you enjoy the RAV4 and will consider doing business with us in the future. Apologies for the mistakes, sometimes paperwork isn't always done 100% correctly since there are hundreds of documents to get correct. Unfortunately, there is human error involved in our business and I'm sorry it has affected your purchase. Take care.

While not disrespecting Daniel's mother, whom I wish a speedy recovery, I am not sure that is an appropriate response. Additionally, I came in to have the papers fixed where my name was still spelled wrong and the papers had to be fixed again and recently when my papers came in the mail it was still the wrong set leaving the car in the wrong name, but with my signature. This is truly unacceptable. I am not sure if it is lack of experience in filing simple paperwork or just simply not caring enough to make sure that even the simplest of tasks can not be completed correctly on multiple accounts. For anyone doing research and reading these posts, please do not buy a car at Toyota of Fayetteville - it will save you a headache or two.
