A worthwhile purchase - wife surprised! My wife had been admiring a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited, in "Roasted Walnut" color w/ Saddle leather interior, online. I took her to look a My wife had been admiring a 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited, in "Roasted Walnut" color w/ Saddle leather interior, online. I took her to look at it in person after a full day of work, and she liked it immediately. I, her husband, had earlier checked it out in person that day, and was bowled over w/ how much nicer it looked up close versus the online photos. It is gorgeous - what a classy vehicle! Our salesman, Tony Campbell, supplied us w/ tons of information on this car that really impressed us....he was extremely knowledgeable of all functions & equipment on this higher end car. As the dealership was closing for the night at 8pm, we were signing papers on this car, which I know surprised my wife, for she didn't suspect that we would leave with one at this stage - just looking we thought. I have to admit that I tried to influence her a bit. We traded her 2013 Highlander Hybrid Limited also as part of the deal on the new one, and we were very happy with the deal that we made overall. Tony's Sales Manager, Doug Steele, put the final "nail-in-the-coffin" by giving what we felt was a decent discount. We left w/ the new car, and left the old one. The following day I took the new Highlander back to the dealership for it to be detailed, and the wait was worth it - nice! We highly recommend this sales team & the dealership. After other unhappy attempts at buying from other dealers, we have come to appreciate what these folks do to make a deal work for the customer. These guys truly try to please their customers. More

In the end we bought a new car and coudn't be happier. This is the second car we have bought from Autopark , and both times we have been very pleased, all the people here seem to be very well trained and the process is smooth from start to finish. Although we bought a Honda, these two came over from the Toyota side to help out, due to lots of business, and stayed with us throughout the whole process. More
