Our salesman, Terry Cunningham, was very informative and the best! He took the time to explain all the details of our new Highlander. We feel like he went way beyond the norm to make sure we understood how to use all the features of our new vehicle. Rick Rockwell - Customer Service At Its Best I met Rick several months ago when I was having my 2004 Tundra serviced at Toyota of Fayetteville. I was not ready to buy a new vehicle at the time, I met Rick several months ago when I was having my 2004 Tundra serviced at Toyota of Fayetteville. I was not ready to buy a new vehicle at the time, but Rick took the time to get to know me. Over the next few months he would occasionally send me pictures of new vehicles that arrived at the dealership. He never was pushy or over aggressive. It was nice to know that he had not forgot about me. When I was ready to look more seriously, Rick was ready to help. He was patient as I looked over several vehicles and he gave me great advice. During the negotiation phase of the sale he was there through the process to help me. I have been a loyal customer at this dealership since it first opened up in Fayetteville. I have purchased several cars for myself and for my family and have worked with several sales and service managers through the years. Rick is definitely one of the BEST I have worked with. I also need to acknowledge Ed Dale in the Parts Dept. He has been there for several years and has done a wonderful job helping me keep my 2004 Tundra equipped and running with Toyota parts. It is folks like Rick and Ed who make this dealership an AWESOME place to do business. They are professional representatives of Toyota and of the dealership. Came in for an appointment...they didn't have my part I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance. They ordered the part and said it would arrive in one week. I received two confirmation emails I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance. They ordered the part and said it would arrive in one week. I received two confirmation emails for my appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was told the part didn't come in and was 6 months out! I drove 45 minutes with my baby and had to turn around and leave!! Very very upsetting. They should have called me! More

Over the next 18 months Tony contacted me about every 3-4 months just to check in. Eventually I decided on a Sienna SE with the performance package. During the order, Doug explained the various options, costs, discounts, financing, and the final price. I agreed and ordered the car. It took some time to build, and Tony kept me informed every step of the way. When the car finally arrived, it had been built exactly to my preferences...no surprises. Doug motivated me to close the deal quickly. I never felt pressured. Both Tony and Doug really knew their product and answered all of my questions. This is the most money I've ever spent on a vehicle and I am very, very pleased. More

Disappointed We were sold a vehicle under the premise that we would receive a balloon loan "smart buy" after agreeing to terms AND taking our belongings out of our We were sold a vehicle under the premise that we would receive a balloon loan "smart buy" after agreeing to terms AND taking our belongings out of our trade in and transferring tag to our new car, we were told (by financing) that we would lose all equity on our trade in if we chose the "smart buy." At that point we were given no option to renegotiate the price, since our monthly payment is $100 more than expected. All of this is after sitting around the dealership for over 4 hours. Since we have reached out to our salesman and asked for simple tasks to assist us in closing our trade in deal. Now that he has our money he is unwilling to help us. It never fails that every time we deal with the sales department, we end up having to redo paperwork due to an error on their part. Good job, James, you have our money and you got us again. More

He showed knowledge in the vehicle I was looking at even pointing out things I would not of noticed right off hand. Ethan knew I was looking at Ford and Nissan and he never once criticized those vehicles in fact he would redirect with something great about the truck I was interested it at his dealership. Ethan was persistent but not pushy. The atmosphere at Toyota was a much better atmosphere than a previous dealership I worked with and stayed with for 4 years for all my service needs. I also had the pleasure of meeting Caleb and Doug the sales managers both Caleb and Doug were very respectable and willing to help in any way they could. I ended up working with Doug on the day that I bought my truck. Let's just say that Doug is in the business of keeping business at Fayetteville Auto Park. All in all it was a great experience. More
a deal i could'nt turn down i had a 2015 ruby red SXE camry that i really did love and was not in the market for a new car, but i really had been thinking about looking at the ne i had a 2015 ruby red SXE camry that i really did love and was not in the market for a new car, but i really had been thinking about looking at the new models to just see how they differed. i received a text from ethan bagwell asking about my car and how i liked it. he proceeded to invited me to come see the 2017's. we texted back and forth most of the day and i decided to take a look at what he had to offer. he ended up finding me a 2017 XSE and the same color (which i wanted). between him and the sales mgr they did offer me a deal i couldnt turn down and i am so glad to be driving a 2017. it drives like its on a cloud; one of the main things i really like are the JBL speakers in the car. i have purchased my last three cars at toyota of fayetteville. i HIGHLY recommend this dealership and one CRACKER-JACK salesman, Ethan Bagwell. i have several cards to pass out to anyone that likes my car. thanks again Ethan.
