Upside down no more! I was upside down from two vehicles carrying over about $6000 in negative equity. I looked and looked for a good reliable vehicle to have for years be I was upside down from two vehicles carrying over about $6000 in negative equity. I looked and looked for a good reliable vehicle to have for years because I thought that was going to be the only way out. I came across a 2016 Rav 4 but didn't like any of the colors on the lot. After talking with Kevin (my sales person) and Doug (my sales manager), I found out my payment was going to be right at what I wanted it to be and my interest rate was so LOW! So they looked all over their region and found me the perfect blue Rav that I wanted so bad. They drove to Dallas and had it back that day! The best part, at 2 years of having the Rav 4 I will break even with no negative to carry over and be able to get another car or at 3 years be ahead! They are such a wonderful crew that can get the deals done and remember you when you get your car serviced. More

Rick Rockwell - Customer Service At Its Best I met Rick several months ago when I was having my 2004 Tundra serviced at Toyota of Fayetteville. I was not ready to buy a new vehicle at the time, I met Rick several months ago when I was having my 2004 Tundra serviced at Toyota of Fayetteville. I was not ready to buy a new vehicle at the time, but Rick took the time to get to know me. Over the next few months he would occasionally send me pictures of new vehicles that arrived at the dealership. He never was pushy or over aggressive. It was nice to know that he had not forgot about me. When I was ready to look more seriously, Rick was ready to help. He was patient as I looked over several vehicles and he gave me great advice. During the negotiation phase of the sale he was there through the process to help me. I have been a loyal customer at this dealership since it first opened up in Fayetteville. I have purchased several cars for myself and for my family and have worked with several sales and service managers through the years. Rick is definitely one of the BEST I have worked with. I also need to acknowledge Ed Dale in the Parts Dept. He has been there for several years and has done a wonderful job helping me keep my 2004 Tundra equipped and running with Toyota parts.
