Terrible waited over an hour and a half had to go ask if my car was ready to find out they had not even started it. So we left with out getting my car serviced. We asked what is the point of having a appoin my car was ready to find out they had not even started it. So we left with out getting my car serviced. We asked what is the point of having a appointment if they do not even start your service for that long to be told that is to be put in line since they run a Skelton crew on Saturdays. Ridiculous that no one even mentioned that to us or even had the courtesy to walk around the corner to the waiting area with a update. More
