I had seen the Toyota Highlander out in the roads, so that is what I wanted to look at. Nemo Lopez met me on the lot and started walking me around letting me sit in different vehichles. The color and model that I was looking for was not in the lot. Nemo went to work and found exactly what I was looking for. The dealership agreed to my terms and the deal was done.
