I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Tundra 3 weeks ago. I had a check engine light come on which turned out to be P2432 Secondary Air Injection System which Toyota had addressed as a known problem. It turns out a check engine light come on which turned out to be P2432 Secondary Air Injection System which Toyota had addressed as a known problem. It turns out the particular warranty on my truck for this issue expired August 26, 2019. I called your service department and they quoted it to be a $2400 fix. I asked if there was any chance you guys would work with me or if Toyota would honor the warranty work considering I just purchased this vehicle less than a month ago and Toyota knew about and addressed this known problem. Your service department was no help. I’ve tried contacting the general manager and have not been able to get through. My only choice at this point is to contact the Arkansas Attorney General to escalate my issue. I also plan on spreading the word on social media and to my family and friends regarding my terrible experience at your dealership and your lack of customer service. I am now stuck with a truck that I just spent a lot of money on at your dealership 3 weeks ago, that requires a $2400 fix to even use. More
