Brought my Explorer in for service (I bought it at Toyota of Easley). Rear end noise. They replaced LH rear wheel bearing assy and rh rear axle seals and charged me $596.25. I brought it back the next week because it was making the same noise. He called and said it was the rear clutch and wanted $800.00 more to fix it. I didn't have him fix it. What if I paid the $800.00 and it still wasn't fixed. I would NEVER buy anything from Toyota of Easley again and would NEVER recomment them to anyone. More
Whew i was bringing my car in for service i was told that the stink comming out of my A/C was not coververed on a new car. After talking to the owner they fixxed it but at the same time the seals around my r the stink comming out of my A/C was not coververed on a new car. After talking to the owner they fixxed it but at the same time the seals around my rear window had not been fixxed. Took it back for the third time and the man at service was very rude and said they would not fixx it. The service mannager got involved and ordered the seals. Why should you have to go through this to get a car fixxed under warenty. More

He has diligently worked to resolve my problem amongst many he faces every day .His friendliness and mannerisms are exemplirary and should be a model for all service organizations . I found the prices a little cheaper on the internet from tire rack but the experience with Mike was worth the extra cost . I did not go in to buy a new car .I was just having my Camry serviced. But I tryed a new Venza and loved it. So I bought it. I went to Toyota of Easley to get the oil changed in my 04 Tacoma and while waiting I decided to look at the new trucks (with no inentions of buying). Needless to say that after looking at the 2010 Tundra 04 Tacoma and while waiting I decided to look at the new trucks (with no inentions of buying). Needless to say that after looking at the 2010 Tundra and the great deal Mark put together, I went home in a new Tundra. (boy: what an expensive oil change). I have been a customer of Toyota of Easley since 1998 and have never had a complaint. The staff is always friendly and courteous and always give OUTSTANDING customer service. I have used the service department since 1998 and Kevin has never given anything short of OUTSTANDING customer serice. He is always in a good mood and if he is ever having a bad day, the customer would never know it. In the future, I will only buy a Toyota and it will be from Toyota of Easley, and no one except Toyota of Easley will do the serice. My wife has a Lexus and she will not let anyone except Kevin take care of it. More
We have purchased three cars from Toyota of Easley. Their prices are the best in the Upstate of SC and everyone we have had dealings with have been nice and professional.
