This is the Toyota dealership to go to in the greater Greenville area. We went to the one in Greenville and they try to charge us $480 labor for what this dealership charged us $62 for. We were in and out in an hour and Patrick was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, made sure he understood what we were saying, treated us with respect and made sure we had our vehicle back quickly. I had 11:00am service appointment on 14 Oct 2023. I showed up for oil change and tire rotation. 2 1/2 hours later I am still waiting in waiting room. Needless to say I was not happy! I went outside I showed up for oil change and tire rotation. 2 1/2 hours later I am still waiting in waiting room. Needless to say I was not happy! I went outside and my truck was parked outside. I went back inside and service rep said “I forgot about you”. This is not acceptable to me. This will not deter me from returning for serve at Easley. But if it happens again I will never come back for service at your location. More
