They told me they would do a detail then didn’t have any record on it told me it wasn’t going to be fine after a manager told me it would because of the incident that happened the last oil change then they record on it told me it wasn’t going to be fine after a manager told me it would because of the incident that happened the last oil change then they did it and didn’t do a good job on the inside. I made an appointment to have filters replaced and my hybrid battery checked. Ended up needing new breaks. On the way home after spending $1,100 my glove box door fell off. Service advisor lied to insurance company by saying I refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated o refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated on status by text and phone, waiting on insurance company to reapprove the part. When I called to complain I was transferred to a customer rep and she never returned my call, will not be back. More
