Since the purchase of my 2023 RAV4 Limited I have had an issue with GPS. I have had the vehicle in multiple times for service and have been able to replicate the issue with the service manager. They still issue with GPS. I have had the vehicle in multiple times for service and have been able to replicate the issue with the service manager. They still claim there is no fix because they are unable to find the fault. Maybe there is no critical failure resulting with an OBD error code but the navigation is unusable. This last time the vehicle was in the shop for 10 days, they test drove less than 2 miles and claim it was not reproducible. I did not hear any updates during the 10 days so I finally called only to determine that nothing was accomplished. I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive with a technician, he stated that he did not have time. When driving home this time it took less than 3 miles to see the obvious error. More

Had an appointment for 1pm for oil change, tire rotation and balance. Was told 1 hour wait time. Did not leave the dealership until 3:45pm. Services performed were fine, but waiting nearly 3 hours for a c and balance. Was told 1 hour wait time. Did not leave the dealership until 3:45pm.
