I went to the lounge and sat. At 4:15 I got up and went to the service entry bay. My car had not been touched. I called this to the attention of the person who took it in. Profuse apologies and the car went to the tech. This was A 70,000 mi servicing and they returned it to me having “topped off the fluids and rotated the tires”. I want to thank everyone involved in my car's visit to your service department, especially Jacinda Beaudoin yesterday. Also deserving a good word is your shuttle driver, Leena (I hope that is her name). your service department, especially Jacinda Beaudoin yesterday. Rather than show me how I could change the batteries in my keys they changed them and charged me over $20 for it. The batteries were exactly like the ones used in many electronic pieces I have at home. If my keys they changed them and charged me over $20 for it. The batteries were exactly like the ones used in many electronic pieces I have at home. If they had shown me how to open the key I could have done it myself for practically nothing .Fool me once shame on you Fool me twice shame on me. More
