We brought our car to have a second key programed to the car, after only being given one at purchase. The good news is that the new key worked. The bad news is that my wife found out the hard way that the car, after only being given one at purchase. The good news is that the new key worked. The bad news is that my wife found out the hard way that the original key no longer worked. Though the staff was very pleasant, the experience was quite frustrating since the entire ordeal took about 3 hours, including travel. More
