Bill in finance was very pushy and convinced me to add additional services. After praying about it and less than 24 hours, I was able to cancel but the dollar amount applied to principle and unfortunately additional services. You would think someone with over an 800 credit score would get a better interest rate than 3.89%. Also, poor customer service, Bill was supposed to call me this morning. I had to call him after 2pm. I was told he should be able to help me by the finance company but he said no that I would have to deal with them. Very poor service. They just want to get sale. More
