Both of the service advisors that I had the pleasure of dealing with were very knowledgeable and made the extra effort to help me with other questions that I had about my car. They even helped with getting me information about getting 2 door dings repaired by a trusted local technician! Every interaction I've had with this dealership and the employees has been outstanding! Really appreciate the shuttle service too! More
I went in for an oil change and was happy that they included a 20 something point inspection. They honored a coupon from a competitor which gave me $20. Off. The oil level was correct when I checked it unlike a different dealership and they didn’t leave dirty hand prints on my car as the other dealer did. I will happily return here for my next service. Scott was vert professional, personable and a great listener. If you walk from the new car sales floor to the service department, Toyota of Easley has a long corridor with the picture, job title and tenure of each employee. I was very impressed by the tenure of all the employees and this is a reflection of the teamwork and continuity this dealership has which is rare today. This car was a graduation present for my daughter who’s finishing her degree at Clemson next month. I started looking for the car in mid September and spoke with Toyota dealers from Atlanta to Charlotte and there was a very limited inventory. I am glad I could purchase this from the dealer in the town I live in and didn’t expect I would get the car until after the new year. Toyota of Easley worked hard to get us the car a month earlier than I hoped for. The staff at Toyota of Easley is top notch, very welcoming with zero sales pressure. We’ve bought 30+ cars over the years and this was the best car buying experience I’ve had, hands down. More
