We were purchasing a vehicle from 1000 miles away. You were willing to wait until the weekday when I had access to my funds to wire the money to you. I was slightly disappointed that no one greeted me after pulling into the service lane and exiting my car, despite multiple people being at their stations. I walked over to the nearest employee desk to che pulling into the service lane and exiting my car, despite multiple people being at their stations. I walked over to the nearest employee desk to check in. At no point during the time I stood at her station did she acknowledge me or even make eye contact, despite being only a few feet away from her. Instead she continued to engage in small talk with a customer unrelated to vehicle service. After waiting several moments, I then walked over to the far end of the service lane where I was able to check in with Kaitlyn. She was very helpful and provided great and timely service from that point forward. More
