Toyota of Easley has the friendliest employees whether it be sales personnel, service people, or even making an appointment. I always been treated like the only person there. I had a horrible experience with this service center which I have to admit is unusual. However, I was left to feel scolded like a child for something that I was NOT made aware of, added to the fact tha which I have to admit is unusual. However, I was left to feel scolded like a child for something that I was NOT made aware of, added to the fact that the service department made several screw ups that caused the problem to start with. I happened to purchase a new Rav 4 during this visit to have my Camry serviced and had I had the experience with the service department before buying it, I would have looked elsewhere! TOTALLY unacceptable treatment of a situation that was their fault to start with!!!! More
