I was disappointed, dealership wanted to sell me new air filters as they were reported previously as needing replacing ( I replaced them myself immediately after this- 5,000 miles ago) and was told they nee filters as they were reported previously as needing replacing ( I replaced them myself immediately after this- 5,000 miles ago) and was told they needed replacing again. Felt like everyone is just trying to take my money even when work isn’t needed. This is why I left Toyota of Greer and Toyota of Greenville. If this happens again, Toyota of Easley will be in my review mirror! More
I took my car for the standard maintenance and booked for the shuttle service so that I was not confined to the dealership. There was no one available for shuttle and I was told to take an Uber. The destination I wanted to go was less than a mile down the road but required crossing a busy highway with a family member that is not able to walk that far. In addition to it being over 90 degrees on the day of service. I have used this dealership for service numerous times. It usually takes over an hour for standard services which is why I always book for shuttle services. Sadly, I am displeased with the customer service during this visit. However, the service rep, Ian was very kind and cheerful which was much appreciated! More
