The work was good, but the bill said that I declined having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was un having the drive belt serviced, that's not accurate. My appointment was for 1:45, as nothing earlier was available, and the service department was unable to order the belt before the end of the day, so I was obliged not to have the service done despite my preference. Since I do not live in the area, I will have to have the work done once I get home. I'd feel more comfortable had the work been done there in Easley. I am forced to rate Mr Ian Mack in the sales department, but I had no dealings with him. More
Took longer than expected, but had to wait for parts. Great no pressure honest service. They aren't the cheapest but you can believe that they give you the options you need to know to extend the life of your car. I appreciate that. In our 50+ years of marriage, we had purchased VERY few new cars. I am a retired real estate sales person, so I respect commissioned sales people. We visited the dealership several times because we had numerous questions, The gentleman we met - Diego Marin - did a superb job of answering our questions and calming our concerns (because of our specific needs, we required some "handling). In the end, the dealership had the perfect car for us and my wife actually cried for joy, as we drove it away! More
