I never thought buying a car could be a pleasant experience, but the staff at Toyota of Easley changed my mind. John Willis, our salesperson, listened and showed us only what we wanted; no pressure experience, but the staff at Toyota of Easley changed my mind. John Willis, our salesperson, listened and showed us only what we wanted; no pressure to get anything else. Don Wolf, in financing, got us the interest rate that sealed the deal. Mike Hasson, new vehicle manager, made sure the transaction went smoothly. We were treated fairly and respectfully at all times. John made follow up phone calls to us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and to see if we had any questions. We came to this dealership for a new car because we like the way the service department is run-with honesty- and we figured this ethic would carry over to the sales department; and it is. We never second guessed ourselves about our purchase. We will continue to bring our car here for servicing, and the next time we are ready to buy a car, we will certainly come back and ask for John. I went to Toyota of Easley to get the oil changed in my 04 Tacoma and while waiting I decided to look at the new trucks (with no inentions of buying). Needless to say that after looking at the 2010 Tundra 04 Tacoma and while waiting I decided to look at the new trucks (with no inentions of buying). Needless to say that after looking at the 2010 Tundra and the great deal Mark put together, I went home in a new Tundra. (boy: what an expensive oil change). I have been a customer of Toyota of Easley since 1998 and have never had a complaint. The staff is always friendly and courteous and always give OUTSTANDING customer service. I have used the service department since 1998 and Kevin has never given anything short of OUTSTANDING customer serice. He is always in a good mood and if he is ever having a bad day, the customer would never know it. In the future, I will only buy a Toyota and it will be from Toyota of Easley, and no one except Toyota of Easley will do the serice. My wife has a Lexus and she will not let anyone except Kevin take care of it. More

My daughter and I had been to several other dealers in the area, both looking to by a new vehicle. Most of them gave the inpression they didn't care if we bought from them or not. He was very knowledgable about the cars (my daughter bought a Corolla and I bought a Camry) and he made sure we were taken care of through the whole process. The whole staff at Toyota of Easley were very friendly and helpful. John even called us to set up appointments to get our vehicles taken care of when the recall came out. My experience with the great staff at Toyota of Easley as well as my satisfaction with my Camry has made me a believer in the Toyota product. This search included leasing figures as well as financing, taking into account the various incentives for different model years.Model and options were determined, and then options were revised several times due to availability.The final choice was made possible when the dealer was able to install leather interior on the car that had all the other options I wanted.
