Superb Sales & Service We purchased a 4Runner at Toyota of Easley and every aspect of that sale and service has been superb. For example, after realizing we weren’t making We purchased a 4Runner at Toyota of Easley and every aspect of that sale and service has been superb. For example, after realizing we weren’t making the most of the electronics on the vehicle, we asked for help. One of the sales reps walked us through setting up and operating the various “app” functions on our 4Runner — from navigation to traffic to weather. He took us through the “voice” function and using the screen buttons. He was patient and knowledgable. We walked away smarter — maybe not quite as smart as the 4Runner, but better able to use its assets to our benefit. The entire team from sales to service has been impressive and very responsive to customer questions. These are folks you want to do business with. More
Mishandled service My recent routine service was poorly handled. Jason (I think that was his name) was "covering" for Roger while he was at lunch. I waited for over an hour before I went to Jason to find out what the hold up was. He then talked with Roger who obviously didn't know my job had long since been completed.
