I made an appointment to have filters replaced and my hybrid battery checked. Ended up needing new breaks. On the way home after spending $1,100 my glove box door fell off. I drove 30 minutes back to g hybrid battery checked. Ended up needing new breaks. On the way home after spending $1,100 my glove box door fell off. I drove 30 minutes back to get it fixed. Next day my brakes sleeked and made noises. Drove an hour back to the dealer and was told it was the rotors on my new breaks. More

Service advisor lied to insurance company by saying I refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated o refused to sign check. I was no updated on the part order during the six months I gave them to get it, took to Toyota of Greenville and was updated on status by text and phone, waiting on insurance company to reapprove the part. When I called to complain I was transferred to a customer rep and she never returned my call, will not be back. More
