I try to make appts rather than just drop in hoping it will be quicker and items needed would be on hand. Unfortunately this is not always the case and I recently had to return for a part that was not available even though the appt was make a few days prior, and I had left my car for the day. This took more time and caused an inconvenient to my work schedule. Things were taken care of and apologizes were given. I am really hoping this never happens again as I would transfer my service and future purchase to another Toyota dealer. More

Service Department Lacking It seems that the service department was ONLY interested in finding additional things to try to add on to the maintenance in our last visit. I made it plain that we wanted ONLY an oil change and after 90 minutes was accosted by a service advisor to recommend additional service to perform. I will NOT be returning to a dealer who cannot perform maintenance as requested. More

Dishonest service department is more concerned about pushing sales than actual maintenance and customer service. Diagnosis that they determined was not the true root cause of the check engine light. Good thing I read the code before taking it to Easley, because it confirmed they are just sleazy salesmen trying to leverage their customers. More

Let me start this review by saying that my husband is very particular about what he wants. He is a mechanic, and we have found it a challenge to find a dealership we feel comfortable working with. My husband has had his eye on purchasing a new Tundra for over a year. We pulled into the parking lot at Toyota of Easley two weeks ago, and there it was... the exact truck he wanted. We decided to talk numbers, and our salesman, Michael Abbott, was straightforward and honest about the details. If he didn't know the answer to a question himself, he let us know that he would ask someone else and get back to us. We very much appreciated his honesty because no one likes to be jerked around! We worked with the sales manager, Rich Kirby, to discuss the price and options to get to a payment in our price range. He was respectful of our needs and did not push us to accept a deal we were not comfortable with. His negotiations were fair, and we got the truck for a great price! In the past, we have walked out of deals because the finance person was disrespectful. But our finance person at Toyota of Easley, Jerry Ashley, was pleasant to work with, and we left the dealership feeling confident and excited about our purchase. The entire process felt quick and painless and only took 3 hours! Thank you Toyota of Easley for a great buying experience!
