Cory Arnold and David Helton make the process virtually with no strain and always meet my needs. Our son also bought a car from them. They go to extra lengths to insure you are pleased with service by having an evening meeting with the lady responsible for handling complaints not resolved which I have never had. The food is not bad.either. At that time you meet with the head of the mechanics to voice any concerns and know whom to contact if you need to. When you need maintenance, I have never had a problem getting an appointment meeting my needs at a predetermined price with no surprises. Kevin Biddle is exceptional and occasional comes up with a bargain. He always makes it worthwhile for me to buy my tires there.
