Superior Customer Service and Salesperson When going to Toyota of Easley, we were in the process of eliminating from a long list vehicles we were looking at. We had been to many dealerships, When going to Toyota of Easley, we were in the process of eliminating from a long list vehicles we were looking at. We had been to many dealerships, and had narrowed our search down to a Highlander and an Infiniti QX60, and we were leaning toward the QX60. Michael Abbott was our sales professional, and he was very upbeat and in tune, not pressuring, but trying to find out what our needs were, and to facilitate them. They gave us a superior deal on a Highlander on the lot, but it had an interior that we did not like. This is where we saw the difference between them and all the other dealerships. They searched and found the vehicle we were looking for, and then still gave us the same superior deal on it. The salesperson was extremely patient and worked hard for our business, without pressuring us in any way. He was genuinely concerned with us making the right decision for us, even if it meant us buying another brand. The sales manager and owner of the dealership also applied no pressure, but gave us their best offer up front. No back and forth, no sales tricks, just straight forward dealing. Their finance manager worked the same way, and was a pleasure to deal with. I have worked in sales for many years, and was highly impressed. I would highly recommend Mike Abbott and Toyota of Easley to anyone. I have two neighbors that bought there who brag about their service department and how professional they are. Overall a great dealership. More
Best Toyota Dealership in the Upstate! Although we did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer (we went with a Hyundai Santa Fe instead), we would highly recommend this dealership for both Although we did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer (we went with a Hyundai Santa Fe instead), we would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. We currently own one Toyota and have it serviced here and it has always been a positive experience. We don't feel like they are trying to be dishonest with us and get us to spend money on repairs that we don't need. On the service side, we have dealt with Jucinda and Walter and they were both great & trustworthy. On the Sales side, we dealt with Brian Anderson. He was professional and personable, and knew the ins and outs of the Highlander very well. He was also very genuine with us and that goes a long way nowadays. We also spoke briefly with Chad Ratliff, the Sales Manager, and he was genuine & professional as well. We believe they did the best they could do for us, as far as pricing and trade-in value for our existing vehicle. But, in the end, we both liked the Hyundai more than the Highlander, which was a surprise to me since I've been a loyal Toyota & Lexus owner for 15 years. We would highly recommend this dealership for both service & sales. Great people! More
