Very informative, kind,generous,and takes care of their cus I didn't have to do too much everything was pretty much taken care of for me my salesperson Mike he was PHENOMENAL GUY, and he took very good care of I didn't have to do too much everything was pretty much taken care of for me my salesperson Mike he was PHENOMENAL GUY, and he took very good care of me from offering me softy drinks and ice cold water to giving me great gifts and helping me get into my very first brand new vehicle and the sales manager Jay is a God sent, and AWESOME. Jay helped with getting my betty first Honda with low mileage and great on gas, etc. Jerry who closed the deal is an AMAZING, very patient, and understanding this place is a family-oriented dealership and they understand that you have kids and so far and they just make sure that you are happy and they put me in a really nice vehicle, actually my first brand new vehicle, I love these guys and I will refer anyone to them thank you guys so very much thank you and GOD BLESS EACH ONE OF YOU. Easy, no stress service I dropped my car off at Toyota of Easley service department after three years of barely doing the minimum maintenance at other establishments, or at h I dropped my car off at Toyota of Easley service department after three years of barely doing the minimum maintenance at other establishments, or at home. My tires were dry-rotted, my brakes were just before doing damage to my rotors, neither of my smart keys worked anymore. I had strange noises, and I was expecting them to tell me unexpected services needed at unholy prices. But, no, they put my four brand new top of the line 20 inch Michelin tires on, including an alignment and all the rest that goes with it, fixed my keys, all around new brakes, new headlight restoration, and an oil change and fluid check for a little over $1000, including labor. I got my car back later that day and it drives like it did when I first bought it! It's a 2010 Venza with 116,000 miles. There was no hassle, and the service department personnel were kind and efficient. I checked around for tire prices, and no one could beat them! Best of all, I have peace of mind that everything was done correctly. More
