Looks like the Lord let me go through that so I could thoroughly enjoy the buying experience here at Toyota of Easley. I had settled on buying a Toyota Tundra (so I could fit my 6'-6" self into something comfortably and to have a hunting/fishing truck for the first time), and Toyota of Easley helped me track down a used '07 that is practically new with lower miles than I would have ever thought I could find. The deal was so good I didn't even test drive the truck - I trusted these guys so much that the only time I drove the truck was on the way home after buying it. I'm very pleased with my purchase and am confident that they will take care of me for the long run. I'm extremely grateful for the time they spent with me (on Columbus Day when the banks were not open and they still were able to secure financing), and I can HIGHLY, highly recommend you buy anything you need from them! More

I reside in a different State and drove approximately 6 hours to consummate the purchase. When I arrived, Adam had all of the details worked out and my time at the dealership was minimal. The head of finance was also very professional and quickly lead me through the paper work in a timely fashion. This was one of the easiest and painless purchases I have made. More

Horrible Service Experience I am extremely dissatisfied with my service experience at Toyota of Easley. I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner back in January. After a certain I am extremely dissatisfied with my service experience at Toyota of Easley. I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner back in January. After a certain amount miles I took my car in for it’s first maintenance, and it went fine, they told me my car was ready to go. No issue there. But this past Monday I took my car in for it’s 2nd maintenance, as the car dashboard was saying that maintenance was required, once again due to the miles. So like two days before my scheduled appointment, I started seeing on my dashboard that one of my tires has low tire pressure; so when I went in for my appointment I told them if they could put air in my tire. Once they were done doing the maintenance on my car, they told me that they had bad news, i needed a new tire! I was in complete shock because like I stated, I’ve only had my car for 9 months. I have NEVER heard of someone needed a new tire after only 9 months of having a new tire. The guy then proceeded to telling me that it’s because there’s a plug on my tire, which is letting out air, and they can’t plug it again so therefore I need a new tire. And this hit me as a double shock because when in heck was my tire plugged? If this is only the second time I take my car for maintenance, and i was NEVER told by anyone that a plug was put on one of my tires. None of this made sense to me because that means either they sold me a BRAND NEW care with a USED tire, or my tire was plugged and no one told me. So I’m trying to dispute the fact that they’re expecting me to buy a brand new tire after 9mths because of a plug I didn’t even know I had. They’re saying that they have no records of them plugging up my tire, so therefore I have to buy one!! How the heck is it my fault that someone plugged my tire and didn’t leave no record of it?!? Now they want me to pay out my OWN pocket for their mistake?! This is the first car I have ever purchased, and it has turned into a complete headache!! I have never been treated this way before. I am in complete awe of the lack of responsibility that this dealership is willing to take! More
