My RAV4 had a break noise issue. Erick thought it could be a parts failure on which Toyota has a posting, so I may be able to get the new parts at no cost. The repair which was expected to be half day, took till next morning, but Erick provided periodic updates and offered me a ride home. My first experience with TDTLA was a maintenance in July. I went there before appointment time but sat in the car for an hour just to talk to someone. For this repair, I seriously thought about taking it elsewhere to some other dealer, but it worked out well - thanks to Erick. I hope TDLA would continue to improve the service, so that we don't have to wonder where to go, each time when the service schedule comes up. More
