If I could give a 0 to the dealership I would do it , I have tried to calling the manager (sales department) because I still need answers of how my truck was stolen inside the parking structure and it was have tried to calling the manager (sales department) because I still need answers of how my truck was stolen inside the parking structure and it was found on the 2 floor . I have a police report the truck was found between the newer cars . I went inside to ask for a car but even before getting my credit check the manager that was helping she wanted no less that 5,000 of down payment . They saw me so worry and running with my kids and were so careless . I have asked for them to check the cameras to see how they managed to move my car turn it on , I had my car keys with me all the time . I need an apology from them and take responsibility of how they handle business. More
