I had done my research on the different dealerships, different locations, online inventory, and so on but felt hesitant. Out of what I had looked at DTLA Toyota stuck out to me the most. Brian Lee helped me choose between the car models I had in mind. He really helped me differentiate and understand the process. He helped me get a great deal. When it came to the paperwork, both employees broke everything down and made sure I understood every step of the way. Everyone was friendly and polite. Brian really went above and beyond. The location was clean and the parking was a bonus. It was great to be able to focus on just the car sales without any added stress or distractions. I would definitely come back.
