The management and sales team at Toyota Downtown LA paid good attention to my needs, and not just their sale quotas. Previous experience seemed as if people were less concerned for my communications and vehicle safety questions (which were left unanswered), and it took the management, Finance and Sale team, at TDLA to provide thorough care and information in my 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid purchase. Terrible way to treat a customer I showed up for my 9am appt. with Michelle. She handed me over to another lady who could not find the car. I specifically asked to be called if the c I showed up for my 9am appt. with Michelle. She handed me over to another lady who could not find the car. I specifically asked to be called if the car got sold. I never got a call. Finally, the sales lady tells me the it was sold the previous evening @9PM. How convenient to use that as an excuse to not confirm its availability before you arrival. Overall showroom experience was terrible. I believe they did not tell me the truth. More

I don’t agree with the treatment that I receive when I clearly made an appointment with Ben 👎🏾 He left and wasn’t there. I reallly didn’t appreciate that at all. I had cash from my credit union was already approved and it seems to me the customer service was xxxxty because I didn’t need financing. Everyone should be treated respectfully and be more patient. Then I ended up talking with Marcel he gave me a fake sales agreement, and sold the car after he had given me the paperwork and I got insurance on the car. If he had did the correct paperwork I would have that car a real big slap in my face very very rude. He’s inexperienced so why would you guys allow him to help me when I say I’m paying and he had no clue. Thank you so much to Richard Silva he should be Employee of the Month. More
Good sales experience, but no follow-up I am happy with the vehicle that I purchased. The process took a lot longer than it should have, as there was a backup in paying for the vehicle, du I am happy with the vehicle that I purchased. The process took a lot longer than it should have, as there was a backup in paying for the vehicle, due to only 1 finance manager. I asked the salesman Marcel, if he could help me arrange some add-on parts, such as wheel locks, black out emblems, interior accessories and paint protection film - I estimate probably over $1000 of parts and service. The next day I had to call Marcel and ask for help, as I could not reach the Service Manager, he said he would contact him. I received no call, and so I purchased the majority of what I need from Long Beach Toyota and did the installation myself. I have received no follow-up calls from Marcel, and at this point don't need any, but I would recommend that you should consider adding a follow-up call to your post-sales process. It only takes a few minutes, and it would leave the buyer with a better feeling about the dealership, and caring about the customer, rather than just viewing it as another sale for the monthly quota. More
We had a great experience, all the paperwork was done online and we spend only 20 min while Toyota deliver the new car to us and picked up the old one.
