If they had 0 Stars I would give it I came into this dealership because my check engine light came on with various lights when they completed the inspection they found out that my battery terminals were dealership because my check engine light came on with various lights when they completed the inspection they found out that my battery terminals were loose and no codes came back and the service advisor that performed the work was Toni Hernandez I was charged $200 to fix the problem I asked why the fee I explained I have extended warranty then service manager Ricardo laughed and said whoever serviced my car should have tighten the bolts as well told me to read the fine print so I was charged becasue they had to tighten the terminals I tried to explain that I bought the car here and serviced it here only I asked what if the light came back on he told me that it shouldn't this is when I called Toyota Motor to file a complaint I was told I should be receiving a phone call from the Customer Relations Manager in 1-2 business day’s nothing I called Toyota Motor’s back to get an update they informed me that they called multiple times to reach Katherine Ayala which is the Customer Relations Manager but no response the light came on that when I went back to this dealership to asked for a refund since my problem was not fixed I spoke with the assistant service manager Danny Herrera Rios He told me that he couldn't give me a refund because that is not how they work and told me I had to pay another diagnosis fee to look at my car that's when I went to another Toyota Dealership to find out what was really going on come to find out I have a faulty catalytic converter which is covered by warranty part have been ordered after leaving the other Toyota I went to back to this Toyota and asked to speak to the General Manager that's when both receptionists that I spoke to told me that they couldn't give me any information while laughing their names are Julissa Alejandra and Tania Guzman very rude, condescending, immature and horrible customer service I have document evedenice I will be escalating this further RUN AWAY!!!!! More

I’ve been coming to Toyota of DTLA for 7 years. This time the customer service was awful. I’ve had this service advisor before and he has the worst customer service/ attitude ever. He dismissed my This time the customer service was awful. I’ve had this service advisor before and he has the worst customer service/ attitude ever. He dismissed my feelings about the wait. Tried to compare a car service to a doctor’s appointment. Which is two totally different things. I didn’t appreciate that. This service department needs a better management and staff. It wasn’t worth complaining to the manager when last time when I complained he also dismissed my complaint. It’s sad that this Toyota still has rude service advisors like him. I would only recommend 2 service advisor who I’ve had in the past but who are always overwhelmed with customers. More
