I told him I understood Saturdays were a very busy day and wondered if he could fit me in. He asked what time I would like to bring it in. I told him I could bring it in between 8 and 8:30 a.m.. He said that would be fine. When I showed up a half-hour late that Saturday morning, the waiting area as packed, and I expected to wait there the better part of the day. I submitted a number of inquiries and visited two dealers regarding the toyota avalon. Rachel was the only one who responded quickly and with the information that I wanted. We went in to have our vehicle maintenance done and ended up leasing a new Toyota Tacoma. Woodrow Dean is who we normally deal with but he recommended that Rachel Simmons help us today.
