My husband and i had been looking at purchasing a Toyota 4 Runner for a couple months. We went to Toyota of Dothan and was introduced to Angela. She was really nice and very professional from the beginning. She never seemed pushy and seemed truly interested in helping us find the 4 Runner we loved. She went on several test drives with us and always seemed very genuine and concerned in what we actually wanted. We found one we loved and she began the deal for us. This was when we were introduced to Woodrow. Woodrow was awesome in explaining everything in detail so that we could understand what was going on. He too, seemed genuinely concerned in what we wanted and took into consideration what we were willing to pay. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and we really were. We signed all of our paperwork with Chris. He was very detailed and professional. He explained all of our options when it came to warranties and explained everything we were signing before we signed it. Overall we had a wonderful experience with the staff at Toyota of Dothan! We left very satisfied customers and would definately recommend Angela, Woodrow and Chris to anyone we talk to. More

I met Josh Hernandez on Tuesday night when he was helping my oldest son purchase a vehicle. I was impressed by the way Josh handled himself not only with my son and daughter-in-law but the way he took an in my oldest son purchase a vehicle. After he was finished with my son we all walked outside and he showed me 3 used vehicles which were very clean and in great shape. He listened to me when I said what I wanted and/or needed. He was never pushy in any way during the whole experience while at Toyota of Dothan. On Thursday I had scheduled an appointment with Josh. After a decision was made on a vehicle we went inside and they began to work to see if they could help me get the '08 Toyota Highlander Sport. They never gave up nor did I hear anything negative in any way. My experience with Josh and the other staff that waited on me were very professional. These three fellows treated me, with the most up right friendlyness, and kindness that I 've ever probbly had at a dealer ship.
