Left feeling confused I stopped in on my way home on 7/30/19 about 550pm from work to look at the average cost of the Camry's in this area.( my name and email was taken if I stopped in on my way home on 7/30/19 about 550pm from work to look at the average cost of the Camry's in this area.( my name and email was taken if you need to narrow it down) a guy approached me and seemed like he wanted to help me get the information. I drove around and came inside to sit and get a price on the cars and estimate my trade in. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and was really trying to pass the time as it was awkward. About 20 minutes into conversation , a guy came over to ask me if everything was ok and then left, came back about 10 minutes later and said the price of a particular car i was asking about. I explained i was really more interested in what TOD did as far as trade ins. he got up and stated he would go get me key and look at my car and walked off. I realized no one ever got my key as it was in my hands and went to find the man to see what car he was looking at. I did not see him and i just left. I got no answers, the other salespeople seemed not interested in even talking to me . I really just wanted to get some info on trading in my car eventually and how the process would work. i walked away feeling confused and sort of ignored. This has nothing to do with the gentleman that initially talked to me. he was helpful as much as he could but apparently the other people i actually needed to sit with seemed uninterested in my business. He was very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle I was interested in. I was scheduled to visit another dealership that day but, after talking with Caleb I saw no reason to continue shopping. He worked very hard to get the deal I had in mind. Today, June 17 2019 I took my vehicle for the 6 month service check. No problems! Checks, Service, wash and detail, in two hours. Worst sales experience Stopped in to look at and test drive a new four runner and was helped by what I though a sales man or women named Jennifer. Shortly after being there Stopped in to look at and test drive a new four runner and was helped by what I though a sales man or women named Jennifer. Shortly after being there I realized Jennifer was not a very good sales person and new absolutely nothing about the vehicle or prices. She’s been there for 7 months by the way. The way she explained it to me is they have a sales manager and all the people in the lot are his little pons that just show you cars but know absolutely nothing. Every question was answered with I don’t know you will have to talk to the manager. So with my questions I went to the manager Alan. Alan spent more time out of the room with other people then in the room with me leaving me in there will all my questions with no answer Jennifer. So once Alan brought me a price he had a price of the vehicle over two thousand dollars more than the sticker price on the four runner. When the price got brought up he said the sticker on the car was wrong and all there cars had the wrong sticker on them that they are supposed to be higher. He said Jennifer is supposed to let customers know that but she didn’t know her self. He brought back numbers and what ever he did and had the four runner going to be financed for 48 months and a monthly payment of 997 to 1025. Who in there right mind would pay that much for a vehicle a month when you have to option to finance for 5 and 6 years for a lower monthly payment. He acted like him being in. My presence was a gift to me and and acted like he didn’t care about selling cars. There process of inexperienced people in the lot that have to bring you back to someone else to answer your question is a complete waist of time. I will not purchase a Toyota because of these two people and the process their dealership has of selling cars. At least at bondys ford in Dothan the dealer walking around the parking a lot with you sweating in the heat with you while you make your decision is the one that answers all the questions and actually sells you the vehicle you want for the price listed on the window sticker on the car More

Service Department We went in for tire rotation and oil change. in February. We did not need an oil change as I have synthetic oil. They did the tire rotation and apparently, we needed to have the back breaks replaced. They called to let us know and then told us that our drive belt was cracked and needed to be replaced also. As we did not have the money for both we replaced the breaks. We wanted to get a second opinion on the drive belt and price as Toyota is very expensive. The mechanic, who we know and trust, told us our belt looked almost new! My question is does the service department lie to get more money? I am very disappointed and will not be using their service anymore. The fact that they blatantly lied disappoints me greatly. I do like the sales staff and they have always done us right and I love my Venza! More
