I recently had a bad service experience with Toyota of Des Moines, after discovering a broken part on a recently purchased RAV4. I posted a review, something I had never done before. Within an hour, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, JP, as the issue stemmed from a decision made by my salesman. A few days later I pulled into their service bay, and was met by Service Manager Ron Short and General Manager Larry Murphy. They assessed the situation and agreed that I should have been taken care of in the first place. Parts were ordered, and today they installed the new fender liners for me. My wife and I love both of our RAV4s, and we will return to Toyota of Des Moines. And, I hope Joe Myers will always be around to assist with our financing. More

During customer service training at my company, we were asked what companies we think have the best customer service. My answer was Apple & Toyota. The reasons I gave were: the quality of products, the fact that these companies stand behind their products and the employees are knowledgeable and have integrity. Mike has these qualities and he also takes the time to share his knowledge by explaining why a repair is necessary. More

Lee let me know what was going on with my vehicle and was friendly when speaking with him. I had a some bad experiences with the salesman at Toyota of DM but Brianna Luck from the service dept. took over and helped make things right. She was very polite and professional! I didn't want to come back but she proved to me that I was only dealing with one bad apple. The service dept. was great and did a great job. After having a terrible experience here last week, Toyota customer service reached out to me right away. They took my concerns very seriously and when I went back in, I got one of the best customer service t customer service reached out to me right away. They took my concerns very seriously and when I went back in, I got one of the best customer service treatments I have ever received. Rich was very polite and understanding toward the situation with my car and regarding finances. He was very courteous and explained everything to me and made sure I knew and understood what was going on with my car. As an added bonus they even washed it for me! I will definitely be going back to Toyota for service. More
I driver 45 to 50,000 miles a year in my 2006 4 Runner. Dennis has been my Rep for some years and understands my situation of keeping my 4 Runner Road Worthy everyday so I can make a living. I always work out a couple of weeks on setting up my appointments, so Dennis always has a loaner for me. Dennis helps me stay on top of my yearly maintenance along with Jeff my mechanic. Dennis and Jeff are always proactive in keeping my 4 Runner running in top performance. I will not go to any other Dealer or Service Center. More
My wife & I purchased a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited new. We have had it serviced at Toyota of Des Moines from the beginning, using the awesome 'pick up' service, so most of my contact with the Limited new. We have had it serviced at Toyota of Des Moines from the beginning, using the awesome 'pick up' service, so most of my contact with the dealership is by phone or email. I call Kris to set up the appointment & all I need to do on the day of the appointment is get the car in the driveway & it disappears & then reappears later that day. If there are any problems/questions my adviser calls to discuss the problem/question. I find the service department/personnel very knowledge, friendly, & always willing to help. Our buying experience with Bob Link was awesome also. No pressure, just 'what can I do for you'. We loved the 2004 Highlander so much we kept that car, went back to Bob Link & bought a 2012 Highlander Limited. Well needless to say I am following the same procedure with the 2012 as I did with the 2004. Toyota of Des Moines has been servicing our Highlanders for 13 years & will continue doing so.
