Ever since I purchased my FJ Cruiser back in 2006, I've had the most wonderful service experiences with Ian and the service staff of Toyota of Des Moines. Now, with 145K miles on it, it's beginning t I've had the most wonderful service experiences with Ian and the service staff of Toyota of Des Moines. Now, with 145K miles on it, it's beginning to need a little more TLC and I trust the Toyota of Des Moines staff to provide that. They do quality work and treat you right. More

Took our car in for service, so we could have it ready for vacation. Were difficult to get a appointment with and when we were on vacation, the tire pressure light went off, as the weather was cooing down for vacation. Were difficult to get a appointment with and when we were on vacation, the tire pressure light went off, as the weather was cooing down, and when I checked all of the tires, they were all about 5# low, which is obvious they did not check the air pressure as they were suppose to on a regular maintenance. The people are very friendly and helpful where it counts---Service, and People. The only thing I can say and it is no reflection to the dealer ship.
