We had an issue with our exhaust sensor We had trouble with dashboard lights coming on last Saturday (4/7/18) while driving home. We pulled the SUV over and called Toyota. Fortunately, their service dept. would be open for another hour. We pulled in and the service advisors checked it out. Cass Cupp thought it was an exhaust sensor issue. We made an appt. and came back for service 4 days later. It was repaired properly. We also requested a synthetic oil/filter change. We always like talking to Cass as he is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. More

$900 repair - million dollar service Our 2010 Toyota Prius was due for an oil/filter change. We suspected the louder-than-usual noise wasn't normal. Toyota diagnosed and called to see if Our 2010 Toyota Prius was due for an oil/filter change. We suspected the louder-than-usual noise wasn't normal. Toyota diagnosed and called to see if we wanted to correct the problem. We did, they did, the shuttle picked us up 4 hours later, and home we went. Confident driving our 2010 Prius with 115,000 miles, and first work other than oil/filter and tires. More

THE ISSUE KEPT HAPPENING AND WAS GETTING WORSE. THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLACE THE RADIO/navigation system THIS TIME. More
