We have never been disappointed that we chose Toyota of Des Moines and the vehicle pick up service is just an added benefit. Time is very important in both of our lives and having the ability to have our vehicles picked up and returned puts time back in our lives. More

Great Service Made appointment online and once there was greeted by Mike my adviser. LOF done well, tire pressures were set too high Everything about my 20K service was done very well, When I brought my 2016 Avalon Hybrid in my tire pressures were set at 33 psi which is the recomme Everything about my 20K service was done very well, When I brought my 2016 Avalon Hybrid in my tire pressures were set at 33 psi which is the recommended tire pressure established by Toyota. When I left the dealership I checked the tire pressure via the dash and they read 38 psi. I let them cool until the next morning and checked them cold with a tire pressure gauge and they were 38 psi. I reduced the pressure to the recommended pressure of 33 psi and reset the tire pressure monitoring system. I think Toyota of Des Moines should instruct their technicians to be more mindful of the tire pressure. More
