Great visit I was reminded of my 10000 mile service by the dealership. I set up my appointment for a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived, a little e I was reminded of my 10000 mile service by the dealership. I set up my appointment for a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived, a little early, I was greeted and signed in right away. My time in the waiting room was not bad, since I made a quick cup of coffee and sat down with the book I brought. As soon as my car was ready, I was once again greeted and sent on my way. I think the philosophy of exceeding expectations is great. I have had two cars serviced here and it is always a nice visit. Thank you too for the free car wash, especially now in the middle of winter! More

They were abl The heater blower motor quit working on my Toyota. Made a quick stop a Toyota of Des Moines without a appointment to see what was wrong. They were able to get it fixed and had me back on the road in less than a hour and a half. GREAT SERVICE. My only complaint is that the blower motor quit working so soon on my 2015 car with only 7300 miles on it. This is not the dealerships fault but I feel it should be addressed by Corporate Toyota. Every car dealership should have employees as courteous and helpful as they are at Toyota of Des Moines. More
