My surprise was that they were able to work straight through and get it done quickly, thanks in part that is to another person's vehicle having to wait on a part. Everything was fine as it always is. However. I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the nail in my tire was not covered by the road hazzard warranty that came with my tires. I bought s I will admit I was disappointed to find out that the nail in my tire was not covered by the road hazzard warranty that came with my tires. I bought specifically from Toyota of Des Moines because they would be able to handle any warranty issues on-site while I was getting my vehicle serviced. It turns out the warranty only covers catastrophic damage when the entire tire needs replacing. I'll chalk this one up to my failure to read the small print and not understand that a nail picked up from the road (I'd call it a hazzard) isn't technically a hazzard. I'll buy tires elsewhere next time for a lot less and get the same service. Disappointed in Toyota of Des Moines for the first time - I should only give 4 stars. More

Great Service Promptly met by Cass when I arrived and we went over the planned strut replacement. Pretty neat to see and the time it took was a ton better than all the times before. It was nice to see a card from the person who took the car in so I know who to go to and she was very friendly. everybody there even just walking around looking at other vehicles greeted me and asked how it was going or if there was anything they could help with. Something to look at on the phone side of the service when it said the appraisal was free for the vehicle actually have some one to help with cause I never got any numbers. I had someone call asking if we were trading and I told her we needed the number for the car and she would talk to her manager and never heard anything, The service on the vehicle was still good excellent. More
