Very pleasant. Waited a short time, came and advised how the car was checked out and then informed us the car eas waiting for us. We paid the bill, got a free car wash, and then on to hone. I have a 2016 Highlander on lease, so it really hasn't needed much but oil changes, but I enjoy coming here to get that done (as much as one can enjoy getting their oil changed - ha!) I did have a wind noise problem, which I was pretty sure they'd say they couldn't find. But they took me seriously and did! They took the time to isolate the noise and fix the problem. More

Mgr. for a Toyota dealership in Iowa for 15 years,(1983-1998). and winner of Toyota's Parts Excellence Award 11 of those years. . This dealership operates as any dealership should. Nothing but professionals here. Starating with the drive in service writer stations loaded with friendly professionals. Every time my wife & I driveaway, I tell her, "That's how a dealeship is supposed to operate." Their troiphy case in the customer service waiting area tells the story. I had previously purchSED certified Tundra Crew cab truck a few years ago and brought my daughter in who purchased a new Camry. She has the sam opinion I have toward the dealership.
