Thank You Very Much, to your Service Department that serviced my Toyota 4 Runner on 4 Sept 2020, While traveling from Wyoming to Ohio for family funeral, I acquired a nail in tire and engine service l serviced my Toyota 4 Runner on 4 Sept 2020, While traveling from Wyoming to Ohio for family funeral, I acquired a nail in tire and engine service light which came on in error. Without appointment and pressured for time, your service department was able to make time, in a very busy morning, and take care of both problems in under an 1.5 hours. FANTASTIC JOB !!!! While walking facility I was made to feel at home by everyone in building from sales dept, cashiers and employee’s all making sure I was doing OK or if I needed anything; a very friendly atmosphere to say the least. Although I can't remember everyone by name, I want to thank everyone that worked that day. Greatly appreciative of your service and understanding of my situation. I thought all of the employees were very nice at this visit. It was a little confusing as everything was done digitally, so I had no idea when I was officially okay to go and ended up paying via phone an visit. I came in with air pressure low signal on my car and rubber gasket on top of car loose Joseph helped me and got car in to fix tire which was so good because was Friday. The service center did an excellent job. My only area of concern is when I went to set up an appointment on your website, the lady I worked with seemed distracted.
