I got right in for an oil change without an appointment. I liked the video walkthrough while I was waiting. Also I got a text recommending new wiper blades. Our van would turn over strongly but not start, so I suspected either a fuel or ignition issue. We had it towed to Toyota, where Seth examined the vehicle. He (patiently) explained the issue appeared to be the battery, something unexpected, as he was able to start the vehicle. He was helpful in working with us as we ended up taking the vehicle to exchange the battery (purchased elsewhere, still under warranty), then rechecking the vehicle when we returned. He was tremendously patient and courteous, and saved us money. A welcome difference from some dealers I've dealt with over the years!! More

I dropped my vehicle off for the 10,00 mile scheduled service. This was the night before. I was given a time slot of 1:30pm the next day.
